Warm and Fuzzy Photo

This is my warm and fuzzy photo. I look a picture of the rat in Mrs. Minnearts room. The rat sniffed the camera lens right after I took this.

Mode of Transportation Photo

This is my mode of transportation photo. I took a photo of a row of cars all parked at an angle. They are all lined up with the sidewalk and I thought it looked interesting.

Lightweight Photo

This is my lightweight photo. I took a photo of a feather from an interesting angle. I used the marble counter as a contrast to the orange feather.

Something Shiny Photo

I took a photo of a roll of wrapping paper. This paper was gold and reflective. I could see my reflection in that paper.

Science and Art Project

I used a beaded necklace and paint to make this. I dropped he necklace in paint and then dropped it on the paper repeatedly to form this flower on the page. I overlapped some colors to make the flower tone.

When I Grow Up Photo Project (Briana and Adan)

This is a photo project. We asked a 5th grade class what they wanted to be when they grow up. Then we took pictures of what they wrote down.

Self Portrait- Copier Photo

This is my photo copier self portrait. I put my face of the copier and then drew the picture that it copied. I used a white pencil on black paper.

Recycled Art

For my recycled art project, I used to bottom of a pop bottle and created a turtle shell with it. I painted a canvas with chalk and paint to make the ocean and waves. I used chalk and paint and sand to make the sandy beach where the turtle is walking.

This is my water photo. I took a picture of a stream of water up close. I used the metal in the back to create contrast.

This is my squares photo. I held my camera against the wall to get a interesting angle. The bricks are the squares in this case.

This is my spring photo. I put my camera in the grass so I could get more grass in the frame. Some of the strands of grass are close to the camera and some are far away.

I used a white background and used Hannah as the thing that stands out. This is my negative space photo. The white background creates contrast with Hannah.

This is a cyanotype project. Its a form of photography. I created this design myself.

18` Coil Vessel

This is an 18` coil vessel. It is made of clay. I built the base, and then I layered coils and caterpillar antennas on top.

Print Making

This project was print making. I did two different prints, one of a lily pad, and the other of an idle frog. Then i altered the frog print and reprinted the frogs so they had designs on them.

City Drawn in Style of its Nickname

This is Chicago. Its the windy city. I drew a cloud blowing wind with the city-scape in the puff of air.

Word Sculpture: anger

This is a sculpture using the word ANGER. I painted the face of one of the Miser brothers form the movie "a year without santa claus" and used tissue paper for his hair. I then glued ripped pieces of paper down and and covered half the page, then I painted them red. I hot glued the the word "scream" on there and then cut pieces of red our of magazines and made them into thought bubbles. then I hot glued the word hatred in the thought bubble.
